Agent Méthodes Support / Manufacturing Engineering Support

About the role

This position supports the A220 commercial aircraft program in Mirabel, Quebec. The Methods Support Agent works within the Methods Support team to coordinate actions that resolve critical issues on the assembly line and to improve manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate essential actions to address major challenges impacting the production line.
• Develop, revise, and document work methodologies and instructions for production.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, logistics, and quality functions.
• Investigate root causes of problems and participate in solution analysis.
• Implement innovative solutions that enhance processes while reducing costs.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Experience in methods, preferably in the aerospace sector.
• Background as a coordinator or similar role.
• Desire to evolve and acquire new competencies.
• Ability to work autonomously and support cross‑functional collaboration.
