Agent Development Manager – Implementations

About the role

As a member of Decagon’s Agent Development Team, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI agents for enterprise customers. You will work directly with clients to understand their support workflows, configure and test agents, and drive projects to successful launch, ensuring measurable impact and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI agent builds from concept to production, managing execution, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Design and implement tailored agent development strategies for each customer’s technical environment.
• Drive implementation plans, keep internal and external stakeholders aligned, and surface risks early.
• Identify bottlenecks and introduce systems, tooling, and automation to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into successful builds.

Required profile

• 4+ years in implementation, onboarding, professional services, technical account management, or a similar customer‑facing software role.
• Proven experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results.
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Clear communicator able to work with both executives and operators.
• Highly organized, comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
