Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Odd Bunch is expanding its affiliate and partnership engine across Canada and the United States. As the Affiliate & Partnerships Manager you will own the end‑to‑end performance of the channel, from revenue targets to creator relationships and content assets, while operating in a fast‑moving, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own affiliate revenue targets, CPA discipline, payback period and LTV metrics.
• Manage unit economics, focusing on contribution margin and LTV:CAC rather than last‑click revenue.
• Lead the global go‑to‑market strategy across three markets, sourcing creators on platforms such as Roster, Upfluence and AWIN, and driving TikTok/TikTok Shop initiatives for US entry.
• Build and nurture a creator roster, overseeing onboarding speed, progression from customer to ambassador, and diversification of revenue sources.
• Develop a creative pipeline that turns creator‑generated content into a core asset for paid social and measures its impact on blended CAC.
• Use creators to seed and cross‑sell adjacent product lines, including the Pantry range.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling affiliate or creator‑driven acquisition programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret cohort data and adjust spend based on retention insights.
• Comfortable operating in a lean, player‑coach environment, balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Upfluence and AWIN.
• Proficiency in creator management tools like Roster.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok and TikTok Shop for creator‑focused campaigns.
