Advisor, Corporate Communications

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, you will bring Saputo’s employer value proposition and corporate brand to life through multi‑channel internal communications. You will partner with stakeholders across Canada and globally to develop and execute engaging digital content that informs and inspires employees.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic communications advisor, identifying opportunities to support business priorities and boost employee engagement.
• Craft clear, audience‑centric narratives for intranet, email, digital signage and visual channels.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all internal communication materials.
• Design and execute integrated multi‑channel communication plans and campaigns.
• Continuously optimize internal platforms, ensuring content relevance and user‑friendliness.
• Explore and adopt emerging tools and best practices such as AI, Smart Brevity, and visual storytelling.
• Monitor engagement metrics and feedback, using insights to refine content and tactics.
• Maintain the corporate editorial calendar for timely, cohesive communication.
• Create visually compelling assets like presentations, infographics, and email layouts.
• Coordinate translation processes, ensuring accuracy and tone across languages.
• Support corporate communications initiatives, events, and related activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
