Administrator - System and Network L2

About the role

Air Inuit is seeking a System and Network Administrator (Level 2) to ensure the efficiency and reliability of its IT infrastructure. You will design, configure, administer, and maintain both network and server environments while providing frontline technical support to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of systems and networks, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and upgrade system and network architectures, ensuring high availability.
• Lead and participate in projects and upgrades of network infrastructure.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, procedures, and policies.
• Provide advisory support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Share knowledge with peers and act as a reference point for IT initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5–9 years of relevant experience in system and network administration.
• Strong communication skills in both English and French.
• Professional certifications such as MCSE, MCP, CCNA, or Network+ are an asset.
