Administrator Inventory Control

About the role

Join Sobeys’ fast‑paced distribution centre in Whitby and ensure product quantities match system records. You will play a key part in keeping shelves stocked across Canada’s grocery network.

Key responsibilities

• Cycle count product to ensure accuracy between EXE and physical quantities in the RSC.
• Investigate large adjustments and missed let‑downs, and process store claims as required.
• Maintain clean aisles and walls, free of pallets and loose cases, and uphold sanitation and food‑safety standards.
• Adhere to company safety standards and work independently with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum six months experience in a retail support centre or inventory control.
• High School Diploma; certificate or diploma in supply‑chain or business administration preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand and walk for long periods and work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
