About the role
The Health Employers Association of British Columbia (HEABC) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its Nursing Navigation and Bursary Services team. This position provides clerical and administrative assistance to ensure nursing candidates receive the financial and logistical support needed to become registered and employed in BC.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process bursary applications, maintaining accurate database records.
- Compile data and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to associates, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Communicate professionally with applicants, program partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in the administration of financial supports related to nursing bursaries.
Required profile
- Consistently delivers exceptional client and customer service.
- Communicates in a professional, friendly, and articulate manner.
- Demonstrates strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Capable of managing demanding workloads and meeting deadlines.
