About the role
Insight Global is partnering with a leading Canadian bank to hire an Administrative Assistant. The role supports daily office operations by handling incoming documents, ensuring they are accurately reconciled and filed, and assisting the team with various administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, review and reconcile documents arriving at the office.
- File documents in the appropriate physical or digital locations.
- Utilise virtual collaboration platforms to share information and coordinate with team members.
- Navigate multiple computer screens and manage electronic records efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Tech‑savvy with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable working with virtual platforms and multitasking across several screens.
- Completed post‑secondary degree or diploma (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
