About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to join YDC’s IT Consulting & Human Capital team. The role is primarily remote with one day per week in our downtown Toronto office, supporting contractors, clients and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships, invoicing, payments and contract compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, addressing queries and monitoring timesheets.
- Maintain client and vendor communications, track contract expiry dates and coordinate renewals.
- Attend external calls, document discussions and follow up on action items.
- Oversee social media and basic website content updates.
- Prepare contractor payment statements and liaise with finance for timely payroll processing.
- Keep accurate records of contractor details, contracts and compliance documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative services.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
