About the role

We are looking for a Systems and Data Center Administrator to join the IT Operations team at Mitchel-Lincoln, a leading producer of corrugated packaging in Quebec. The role will ensure stable, secure, and high‑availability Windows infrastructure that supports our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server environments running on VMware.
• Monitor server performance, availability and capacity, and perform capacity planning.
• Apply system upgrades, patches and manage the full lifecycle of the infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions and Group Policy.
• Manage core services such as DNS, DHCP, file sharing and print services.
• Support integration of systems with other enterprise platforms.
• Continuously monitor servers, services and applications to guarantee high availability.
• Diagnose and resolve system and application issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Windows Server environments in a production setting.
• Hands‑on experience with VMware virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and related services.
• Ability to work closely with plant management, corporate IT and application teams.
