About the role

Snowball is building the world’s leading YouTube agency and needs an early‑career accountant to establish the financial backbone of the business. This remote, full‑time position offers the chance to own core accounting processes while learning from a fast‑growing team.

Key responsibilities

Manage client invoicing and cash receipt processing.
Process payroll and contractor payments accurately and on schedule.
Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Review employee expenses and reimbursements.
Maintain and reconcile records in QuickBooks Online.
Support financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities.

Required profile

Early‑career professional eager to learn and take ownership.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Comfortable collaborating with leadership across finance functions.

Required skills

QuickBooks Online proficiency.
