Accountant

About the role

No Saint is a fast‑growing technology‑driven consumer product company seeking an Accountant to strengthen its financial foundation. You will work closely with the Controller and Director of Finance, taking full ownership of the accounting cycle while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and other strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete accounting cycle from data entry to draft financial statements, independently.
• Process and reconcile all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
• Manage vendor and supplier payments, including scheduling, authorization follow‑up, and record‑keeping.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations.
• Maintain the general ledger, perform month‑end and year‑end close procedures, and prepare trial balances.
• Conduct regular bank, credit‑card, and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Manage inventory tracking and cost accounting to support product operations.
• Track and report HST/GST/QST remittances and support provincial tax filings.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to manage the full accounting cycle independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record‑keeping.
• Experience processing payroll and handling tax remittances.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance leadership while operating autonomously.
