Accountant – Full Cycle & Team Management

About the role
Our client, a well‑established agri‑food company based in Anjou, is seeking a sharp, detail‑oriented Accountant. Reporting directly to the Controller, the role offers real growth potential and the chance to supervise a small team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle, from journal entries to month‑end close.
- Conduct month‑end inventory counts and perform reconciliations.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
- Review financial records, transactions, cash flow, budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with internal and external audits, as well as tax filings.
- Prepare financial reports for tax authorities, regulatory bodies, and shareholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of two accounting staff.
Required profile
- Experience using Acomba accounting software.
- Comfortable working primarily in English.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and ready to take on additional responsibility.
- Ability to manage a small team and collaborate with the Controller.
