About the role

Essential Ingredients (Ei) is seeking an Account Manager based in Québec to lead sales initiatives across the province. The role focuses on expanding relationships with existing customers and acquiring new accounts within the personal‑care chemical market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by delivering relationship‑first sales and leveraging Ei’s full value proposition.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline that supports long‑term, sustainable growth.
• Provide technical formulation solutions to address customer challenges and support new product development.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Engage strategically with key accounts, collaborating with purchasing, R&D, operations, and regulatory teams.
