Account Manager – Logistics & Transportation

About the role

Fuze Logistics Services, a next‑generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal, is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join its Sales Operations team. You will be the primary point of contact for key clients and carriers, ensuring exceptional service while driving profitability and new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Operations to schedule, track, and enter loads across all transportation modes.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with key carriers and clients, developing mutually agreeable resolutions.
• Verify timely pick‑ups and deliveries, resolve issues promptly, and approve invoices with urgency.
• Maintain and update operating procedures as needed.
• Analyze past sales activity to identify trends and set expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of account management experience in 3PL logistics or transportation.
• Fluent verbal communication in both English and French.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and demonstrate superior business acumen.
• Proven track record of effective time management and task completion.
