About the role
As the primary point of contact for our B2B customers, you will drive satisfaction and support sales growth for Soucy Techno, a leader in rubber recipes and plastic dyes. Your organizational and communication strengths will help you anticipate client needs and contribute to the company’s reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for an assigned portfolio of customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Enter orders, manage quotations, and follow up on all requests.
- Record complaints, track resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze sales data, create forecasts, and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and support continuous‑improvement projects.
- Stay informed on market trends and innovations in the rubber manufacturing sector.
Required profile
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with strong stress resilience.
- Effective priority management and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Office Suite proficiency.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with SAP ERP.
