Account Manager – Helicopter & Aerospace Services

About the role

Essential Turbines Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve commercial and government helicopter customers from its Montreal location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, building long‑term relationships, and driving growth within the helicopter and aerospace sector.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned commercial and military accounts.
• Develop and execute tailored account‑management strategies, including account planning and prioritisation.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries on services, projects, billing, and technical support.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for engine‑related products and services.
• Negotiate, prepare, and execute contracts for services, equipment rentals, and special agreements.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for turbine services, repairs, and parts, ensuring compliance with client needs and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather scope, pricing, and technical information for quotations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales within the aerospace, helicopter, or engine MRO industry.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client operational realities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of turbine engines (e.g., RR250, RR300) and related MRO processes.
