Account Executive, Expansion, Mid-Market

About the role

Deel is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth across North America by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within the mid‑market segment. You will act as a trusted advisor, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions that showcase Deel’s all‑in‑one payroll and HR platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a designated list of prospective and existing accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities as well as expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
• Present customized solutions and clearly communicate Deel’s value proposition.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound lead management.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to manage the end‑to‑end sales process and negotiate contracts.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth company.
