Access Control Administrator

About the role

The Access Control Administrator will support the new building security access program for Toronto Community Housing. Reporting to the Program Manager – Access and Control, you will manage access rights, issue electronic keys, and maintain policies that protect our facilities and occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Run usage reports and analyse access‑control database information, including entry points, timestamps and duration.
• Review and audit access privileges for staff, tenants, vendors and partners, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Support the Program Manager in developing and enforcing controls for issuing fobs, cards and keys.
• Assist with the preparation, rollout and ongoing coordination of access‑control initiatives.
• Design, maintain and update identity‑and‑access policies, standards and processes.
