About the role
Prep Academy Tutors is seeking in‑person tutors for 1‑on‑1 sessions at students' homes and select clubs in the Vancouver area. The role offers flexible, personalized tutoring across all subjects for learners aged four to twenty.
Key responsibilities
- Provide academic support to students based on the BC curriculum.
- Create supplemental assignments to enhance material understanding.
- Deliver remedial and enrichment support as needed.
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress.
Required profile
- BC Certified Teacher or teacher‑in‑training located in the Vancouver area.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced in teaching.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Enjoy working with students and families.
- Strong communication skills.
