Work & Material Planner

About the role

The Work & Material Planner will join the Materials & Work Planning (PMT) team supporting the final assembly line of the A220 commercial aircraft program. Based in Mirabel, Quebec, you will be at the heart of daily production operations, ensuring that work orders and material deliveries are coordinated efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily production plans for the final assembly line.
• Coordinate and prioritize work orders and material deliveries across multiple functional teams.
• Track progress with production teams and suppliers to guarantee on‑time part delivery.
• Monitor workshop load and adjust schedules to meet production cadence.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in operations or logistics, preferably in aerospace or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong desire to grow skills and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
