Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers in French and English, turning their questions into positive experiences while helping them navigate technical or order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in both French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, product, or order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the support system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
