Wireless Sales Representative – English/Tagalog Preferred

About the role

Join The Mobile Shop inside Real Canadian Superstore in Edmonton and help customers choose the right phone and plan for their lifestyle. This full‑time position focuses on delivering personalized wireless solutions while providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage Loblaw shoppers and present mobile, home and business solutions from carriers such as Bell, Rogers, Fido and more.
• Promote the PC Optimum loyalty program, helping customers earn and redeem points.
• Stay up‑to‑date on carrier offerings, promotional deals, device specifications and industry trends to become a mobile expert.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, earning uncapped commissions.

Required profile

• People‑oriented with a passion for building long‑term customer relationships.
• Eager to learn and grow within a leading telecom retailer.
• Available to work full‑time, including evenings and weekends; English fluency required, Tagalog a plus.
