Windows System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Windows System Administrator to manage and support our enterprise Windows infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of critical services such as Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Server environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and Group Policy Objects.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange On-Premises and Windows Server platforms.
• Perform vulnerability management, security remediation, and routine troubleshooting.
• Provide operational support in a mission‑critical environment, including on‑call rotation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional support teams and follow ITIL processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in ITIL‑based support environments.

• Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Domain Controllers and Microsoft Exchange On‑Premises.
• Windows Server administration.
• Vulnerability management and security remediation.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• BMC Control‑M, Cross File Transfer (CFT), Connect Direct.
• NetBackup and enterprise backup/disaster recovery tools.
• ITIL framework knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
