Wholesale Sales Representative (Non-Technical)

About the role

Merchery is seeking a motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to join its team in Montréal. This non‑technical role focuses on driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth order processing in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate computerized inventory and re‑ordering systems, performing accurate data entry.
• Estimate and quote prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates for wholesale customers.
• Provide product advice, customer service, and promote merchandise through advertising and outreach.
• Greet customers, discuss product specifications, and prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts.
• Maintain attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or wholesale environments.
• Strong client focus, excellent oral and written communication, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computerized inventory record‑keeping systems.
• Data‑entry accuracy.
