Website & Digital Performance Manager

About the role

The Website & Digital Performance Manager leads the organization’s online presence, ensuring the website runs smoothly, data‑driven insights are delivered, and digital campaigns achieve their goals. Reporting to the Interim Vice President of Marketing and Communications, this role blends website stewardship, analytics, SEO, and conversion optimisation to support fundraising, advocacy, and volunteer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day performance, content, functionality and optimisation of the WordPress website.
• Manage plugin updates, theme administration and content publishing workflows.
• Develop and maintain digital performance dashboards and KPI reports for marketing, fundraising and advocacy initiatives.
• Lead SEO strategy, conversion‑rate optimisation and user‑experience improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, developers and vendors to deliver digital projects on time and within scope.
• Define and execute first‑party data strategy to enhance audience segmentation and targeting.

Required profile

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, external agencies and technical vendors.

• WordPress website management (content, plugins, themes).
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and conversion optimisation techniques.
• Digital analytics and KPI reporting.
