Web Customer Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Web Customer Service Associate to join our online support team in Edmonton. In this role you will help shoppers navigate our website, resolve order‑related questions and ensure a seamless digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about purchases, order status, returns and exchanges via chat, email and phone.
• Assist customers with the Simons loyalty program, promotions and website events.
• Utilize multiple internal platforms to retrieve order information and update customer records.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with merchandising and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in an IT‑driven environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Empathetic, friendly and able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
