Web Application Developer

About the role

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Web Application Developer to join its Mississauga office. You will work on modern .NET‑based web applications, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, architect, develop, review code and test core web applications.
• Create new features and integrations using Angular.NET Core and related APIs.
• Implement scalable, resilient cloud solutions on AWS or Azure with security and disaster‑recovery considerations.
• Lead real‑time integration efforts between core products and other systems.
• Maintain strong test coverage and champion CLEAN architecture and SOLID principles.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule and provide off‑hours support as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience.
• Post‑secondary education in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Angular, jQuery, Kendo UI.NET Core, C#, MongoDB, MySQL or SQL Server.
• At least 2 years working with AWS or Azure and micro‑service architectures.
• Solid understanding of CLEAN architecture, SOLID principles, and security best practices.
• Experience in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA or Aha!.
