Warranty Sales Executive – Remote Inbound Sales

About the role

Join our remote sales team as a Warranty Sales Executive, handling inbound calls from customers who already own appliances. You will help protect their purchases by offering extended warranties and earn uncapped bonuses on top of a steady base wage.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and guide customers through warranty options.
• Upsell extended warranties by demonstrating value and handling objections.
• Represent major US appliance brands and create positive brand experiences.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of sales experience (retail, phone, or similar).
• Strong communication and objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly motivated, competitive and able to commit to scheduled shifts.
• Reliable attendance and a professional remote work environment.

Required skills

• Windows 11 operating system.
• Intel i5 processor (10th generation or higher) with minimum 16 GB RAM.
• Ethernet‑connected PC with reliable internet (≥30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload).
• Webcam and USB headset for video and audio communication.
