Warehouse Worker

About the role

IPEX Management Inc. is seeking a motivated, safety‑focused Warehouse Worker for its Edmonton Distribution Centre. The role ensures customer orders are fulfilled accurately, safely, and on time while supporting inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and FIFO practices.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load and unload trailers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard‑free work environment and meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Forklift experience (counterbalance and/or reach truck) and current certification preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management technology.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliable attendance.
