Warehouse Technician – Mining Equipment

About the role

Sandvik Mining is looking for a Warehouse Technician to manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of mining equipment and supplies in Saskatoon. You will ensure timely material flow, maintain accurate inventory records, and support a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Account for all materials and audit goods received into the warehouse.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials according to established procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to optimize warehouse space.
• Maintain and update the warehouse location system and process sales orders and invoices.
• Participate in on‑call customer service as required.
• Follow all Environmental, Health and Safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure proper use of PPE.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of warehouse or inventory experience; mining experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s licence in good standing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.

• Proficiency with MS Office.
