Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Mark Anthony Brewing Canada Ltd. is seeking a hands‑on, people‑focused Warehouse Supervisor to lead the material handling team at its Surrey beverage manufacturing facility. You will ensure efficient movement of finished goods, raw materials, packaging, chemicals and equipment while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and assign work for forklift/reach‑truck operators and material handlers to maximise productivity.
• Manage inbound receipt, labeling, put‑away and outbound shipment of goods, adhering to FIFO and HACCP policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) through regular cycle counts and correct SKU placement.
• Enforce SOPs for equipment use, pallet stacking, truck loading and safety procedures.
• Lead 5S and value‑stream‑mapping initiatives to improve material flow.
• Provide coaching, conduct crew talks and recognise staff performance.
• Coordinate with purchasing and other front‑office teams via MS Teams, email and phone.
• Report safety incidents, assist with investigations and monitor housekeeping, security and safety standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on team development.
• Experience supervising material‑handling staff in a manufacturing or beverage environment.
• Strong understanding of FIFO, HACCP and safety regulations.
• Ability to conduct coaching, corrective actions and performance communication.
