About the role
The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations, safety inspections, and maintenance of the facility in Surrey. This permanent, full‑time position requires coordinating staff, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth logistics support for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety inspection schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
- Direct maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
- Plan and manage the facility’s operations budget.
- Organize administrative services such as cleaning, signage, parking, security and snow removal.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Administer contracts for supplies and services.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong client focus, excellent communication, reliability and teamwork.
