About the role
Fastenal Canada is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join its Oldcastle location. This position starts as part‑time with the potential to become full‑time, offering hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving wholesale environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials.
- Ship, deliver or pick up parts, products or equipment to internal and external customers.
- Maintain safety standards, including driving record checks and a valid driver’s licence.
- Handle items up to 23 kg (50 lb) while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support day‑to‑day warehouse operations in a physically demanding setting.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Dependable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Organized, flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Demonstrates initiative, accuracy, good judgement and a proactive attitude.
- Physically capable of handling repetitive tasks and lifting up to 23 kg.
