Warehouse Associate

About the role

Cascade Aqua-Tech Ltd. (Cascade) is a well-established, 30+ year-old company with branches across Western Canada. We specialize in waterproofing, sealant, glazing supplies, and concrete repair products for the construction industry. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Edmonton team.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Pull stock and load materials using forklift and carpet pole.
• Verify work orders and determine production or fulfillment sequence.
• Perform quality control checks and basic machine maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools (utility knife, tape measure, grinder, reciprocating saw).
• Assist warehouse with weekly cycle counts and mandatory inventory counts completed twice a year.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Assist with light production tasks as required.
• Perform other warehouse‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in shipping, receiving, order picking, or inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting and repetitive manual tasks.
• Previous forklift experience.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Use of hand and power tools (utility knife, tape measure, grinder, reciprocating saw).
• Basic computer proficiency.
