Warehouse Associate – Full-Time

About the role

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join its Winnipeg Distribution Centre. In this full-time position you will receive, stock, and fulfill medical product orders for healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations.
• Verify product quality and accuracy during picking and receiving.
• Operate warehouse mobile equipment, including RF scanners (training provided).
• Sort packaged materials and prepare items for recycling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Participate in continuous-improvement projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma (preferred).
• Ability to lift 10‑30 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Experience with machine operations and RF scanners (preferred).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
