About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable waiter/waitress to join our team at Trifons Pizza in Canora. The role involves serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Present bills and process payments in cash, credit, or debit.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Describe menu items and daily specials to guests.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after service.
Required profile
- Be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Hold a valid Serving It Right Certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capable of standing for extended periods.
- Provide excellent customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organized, team‑oriented, and able to handle shift or on‑call work.
