VP, Client Success and Support

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned executive to lead d1g1t’s post‑implementation client experience. The VP, Client Success and Support will shape strategy, oversee 24/7 support, drive adoption and ensure long‑term growth for our enterprise wealth‑management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the roadmap for Customer Success and Client Support aligned with company growth objectives.
• Define, track and report success metrics such as retention, expansion and client satisfaction.
• Lead 24/7 client support operations, optimizing processes, escalation protocols and service‑level agreements.
• Introduce tools and automation, using data and analytics to improve the customer experience.
• Build, mentor and scale high‑performing teams across Customer Success, Support and Account Management.
• Drive client adoption, renewal rates and identify upsell opportunities while reducing churn.

Required profile

• Degree in business, technology or related field (preferred).
• Minimum ten years of experience in client success and support leadership, preferably in a high‑growth SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of increasing customer retention, satisfaction and revenue.
• Strong operational and analytical background with ability to leverage data insights.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills across internal and external stakeholders.
