Vice President, Product Management

About the role

Mastercard’s Security Solutions organization is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the Ethoca Alerts and First Party Trust (FPT) portfolio. Reporting to the SVP of Product Management, you will shape product strategy, drive revenue growth, and act as the primary advocate for these solutions across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and accelerate the product roadmap for Alerts and FPT, ensuring the value proposition is fully delivered.
• Serve as the market face for both products, collaborating with internal sales teams and key merchant and card‑issuing customers worldwide.
• Own the product P&L, conduct analysis, and implement segmentation, packaging, pricing, and commercialization strategies.
• Maintain two‑way communication with go‑to‑market teams, customers, and partners; chair regional meetings and innovation workshops.
• Lead evaluation, piloting, and regional launch of new capabilities, establishing feedback loops and continuous‑improvement processes.
• Monitor competitive landscape, assess emerging risks, and differentiate Mastercard’s offerings.

Required profile

• Analytical, curious, and passionate about payments, fraud prevention, and customer experience.
• Proven experience leading product strategy and managing full product lifecycle at an executive level.
• Strong ability to work with customers, partners, and cross‑functional teams to execute go‑to‑market plans.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
