Vice President, Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead a complex North American network that supports a multi‑brand, multi‑channel business across Canada and the United States. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will be the senior operational authority responsible for driving excellence, scalable growth, and transformational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute growth strategies for North America.
• Lead operational execution of business plans that drive revenue, profitability, and scalability.
• Oversee distribution, logistics, transportation, warehousing, customer service, order management, inventory control and overall business operations.
• Manage internal distribution centers and third‑party logistics providers to ensure optimal service and cost efficiency.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics to drive accountability.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading operations for a $400M+ revenue portfolio.
• Strong track record of scaling supply‑chain networks across Canada and the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate new business initiatives and acquisitions.
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
