About the role

Flosum is seeking a visionary, hands‑on Vice President of Sales to build and scale a world‑class revenue engine within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will design the go‑to‑market motion, mentor a high‑performance sales team, and drive aggressive growth in the rapidly expanding DevSecOps and data security market.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global sales strategy across mid‑market, enterprise, and strategic accounts to exceed revenue targets.
  • Build, lead, and coach a high‑performance sales organization, including AEs, SDRs, and sales leaders.
  • Act as a player‑coach by participating in pipeline generation, discovery calls, executive presentations, and late‑stage deal execution for strategic accounts.
  • Design scalable end‑to‑end sales processes, ensuring operational excellence and strong CRM hygiene.
  • Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and inspection rhythms for predictable, data‑driven revenue performance.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Alliances to align messaging, campaigns, and product roadmap.
  • Evangelize Flosum’s Salesforce‑native DevSecOps, backup, recovery, and data security value proposition.
  • Develop executive‑level relationships with key customers, partners, and Salesforce stakeholders.

Required profile

  • Visionary, hands‑on leader who thrives at the intersection of enterprise SaaS, security, and the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience building and scaling revenue engines in high‑growth, Salesforce‑focused ISV environments.
  • Player‑coach mindset – willing to personally drive key opportunities while growing the team.
  • Understanding of regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government) and their security/compliance needs.
