Vice President – General Manager, Canada

About the role

The LEGO® Group is seeking a Vice President‑General Manager to lead its Canadian operations. This senior leader will shape the brand’s strategy, drive growth, and oversee a high‑performing commercial team across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for the Canada business, translating it into sales and marketing plans.
• Achieve local financial targets for sales, costs, and profit while improving colleague and customer satisfaction.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, IP partners, agencies, distributors and e‑commerce players.
• Lead digital transformation of the consumer journey and expand e‑commerce capabilities.
• Participate in Americas and global strategic projects and task forces.
• Advance People and Culture initiatives, including succession planning, capability building, inclusion and team development.
• Drive innovation through data‑driven insights, testing, learning and scaling.
• Manage a team of approximately 40 commercial colleagues.

Required profile

• Proven general management experience with full P&L ownership.
• Strong commercial track record in consumer products, lifestyle, FMCG, fashion or e‑commerce.
• Demonstrated success in a global or multi‑market environment.
• Inspirational leader with a growth mindset, capable of building high‑performing B2B teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence within matrixed organisations.
