Vice President, Digital Commerce & Loyalty (US & Canada)

About the role

International Dairy Queen Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive its digital commerce, loyalty and gift‑card strategy across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the corporate headquarters, the Vice President will own the end‑to‑end digital experience and be responsible for accelerating revenue and enhancing franchisee profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Accelerate growth of the digital commerce, loyalty and gift‑card ecosystem to exceed $1 billion in annual digital sales by 2030.
• Own P&L for digital commerce, loyalty and gift‑card initiatives across U.S. and Canadian franchisees.
• Lead the mobile app, website and third‑party marketplace (e.g., DoorDash) performance, targeting increased customer lifetime value.
• Manage loyalty and CRM programs serving approximately 3.5 million active members and generating $400 million in annual customer value.
• Provide strategic oversight of the Gift Card business, integrating it with digital, loyalty and in‑store touchpoints.
• Define and execute the digital roadmap in partnership with Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Operations and Finance.
• Collaborate directly with franchisees to ensure seamless customer and crew experiences.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading digital commerce, loyalty or e‑commerce functions, preferably in retail or food‑service.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and ability to drive measurable revenue and margin growth.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering large‑scale digital transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with franchise partners.
