Vice President, Client Relations & Strategy

About the role

The Vice President, Client Relations & Strategy will lead the development of strong partnerships with APS clients and stakeholders, translating their strategic priorities into actionable plans that align with the organization’s goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, understanding their priorities and expectations.
• Collaborate with APS business leaders to drive strategic planning, business planning, project delivery and reporting.
• Ensure alignment between client objectives and APS organizational priorities.
• Lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery with speed and precision.
• Foster a collaborative culture, develop high‑performing teams, and champion innovation and continuous improvement.
