User Support Analyst

About the role

TickTrade Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated User Support Analyst to join its FinTech team in Toronto. You will work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment, providing technical assistance and incident management for internal users and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Report on the performance of computer systems and networks.
• Research and implement solutions using user guides, technical manuals and other documentation.
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems‑and‑solutions log for the support team.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and manage incidents from start to resolution.
• Collaborate with other analysts to improve support processes.

Required profile

• College or CEGEP education.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Strong client focus, excellent oral communication and a team‑player attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle flexible hours.
