User Experience Designer

About the role

We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join our team in Calgary. The role focuses on creating intuitive, user‑centred digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating closely with product, engineering and research teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys and information architecture.
• Apply usability, accessibility and responsive design principles to all deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are reflected in the design.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of professional experience in UX design, user research, and interaction design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility and responsive design.
