About the role
We are looking for a Truck Dispatcher to join Shelby Logistics in Winnipeg. This full‑time permanent position involves coordinating vehicle operators and managing shipment records.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain work records, logs, mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses.
- Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment.
- Process and transmit information and instructions using dispatching equipment.
- Track shipments, follow up on work orders and provide customer service.
- Operate radio equipment and assist with maintenance of communications equipment.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Required skills
- Operation of radio equipment.
- Use of dispatching equipment to coordinate vehicle operators.
