About the role

Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices worldwide and seeks a gritty, fast‑moving Training Enablement Manager to join its Customer Training department. This individual contributor role sits at the intersection of onboarding, learning design, and change management, supporting both US and international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Autonomously manage multiple parallel roadmaps, balancing strategic speed with daily execution.
• Build and manage enablement systems, content repositories, and reporting to ensure trainer consistency and track impact.
• Own the onboarding experience for new Trainers, reducing ramp time and ensuring consistent readiness across geographies.
• Translate product updates into communications that drive customer adoption and early order behavior.
• Convert tool and internal process updates into structured learning for seamless workflow adoption.
• Apply enablement best practices to maintain a high‑quality Trainer experience and operational outcomes.
• Develop scalable coaching and development systems for frontline leaders to coach, certify, and develop Trainers at every career stage.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong execution and agility focus, able to juggle multiple complex priorities.
• Proven ability to map end products, work backward, and deliver with high agility.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and driving strategic prioritization.
