Trade Development & Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Trade Development & Key Account Manager you will act as the primary liaison between the Montreal market and our designated wine and spirits suppliers. You will help shape supplier priorities, allocate resources efficiently, and drive volume and value targets while adhering to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for local suppliers, communicating strategic direction and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Commercial Operations to design and prioritize field‑execution strategies.
• Manage key accounts in grocery and convenience channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Track and achieve customer objectives, KPIs, and sales targets through effective tactics.
• Allocate resources optimally to meet volume and value goals.

Required profile

• Head‑office experience in key‑account management, preferably within grocery and/or convenience retail.
• Proven ability to work strategically with senior sales leadership to develop execution plans.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
