About the role

FIFA is looking for Tournament Operations talent to help deliver the FIFA World Cup 26 in Toronto. You will support venue readiness, match‑day execution and live‑event delivery across stadiums and event sites, ensuring a world‑class experience for fans, players and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with venue setup, daily operations and readiness checks.
• Support match‑day and event‑day execution, including crowd flow and access control.
• Coordinate staff, volunteers, vendors and internal teams within assigned zones.
• Manage workflows, monitor facilities and infrastructure to meet operational standards.
• Deliver high‑quality guest and fan experiences while addressing operational issues.
• Escalate incidents as needed and maintain compliance with safety, security and event protocols.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth event delivery.
